Our rental inventory includes LED video walls, large-format displays, PA systems, microphones (wired and wireless), audio mixers, and all necessary cabling. We also provide truss systems and professional AV technicians for setup, operation, and takedown.

Simply fill out our Audio-Visual Event Hire Information Form or contact us directly with your event details (date, location, type of event, and equipment needed). We’ll review your requirements and send a tailored proposal and quotation.

Yes, our team handles delivery, installation, and technical support throughout your event. We ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Absolutely. We can supply experienced AV engineers to manage equipment and troubleshoot any issues during your event.

We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the event. Payment terms may vary for regular or corporate clients.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or during busy seasons. However, we can often accommodate urgent requests if equipment and staff are available.

Please inform us about access restrictions (stairs, lifts, security, etc.) and whether parking is available for a medium-sized commercial vehicle. This helps us plan logistics for delivery and setup.

Yes, we provide post-event support and can assist with any follow-up questions or issues related to the equipment.
