Aviplus “Win an 85” 4K QLED TV” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Aviplus, Green Chip Digital Media Limited, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.


2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, customers must make a minimum purchase of €20 (including VAT) in a single transaction, either online at aviplus.ie or in-store at Unit 1, North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 YR7A.
  • Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the competition.
  • Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying transaction counts as a separate entry.


3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens at 9:00 AM on 7th January 2026 and closes at 6:00 PM on 6th February 2026.
  • Purchases made outside of these dates will not qualify for entry.


4. Prize

  • The prize is one (1) 85” 4K QLED TV.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.


5. How to Enter

  • In-store: Entry form will be provided at checkout upon qualifying purchase. Please ensure your contact details are clearly provided.
  • Online: Eligible customers will be automatically entered; contact details from the order will be used for entry.


6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  • The draw will take place on 12th February 2026 at Aviplus, Unit 1, North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 working days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Aviplus reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes, should they win the prize.


8. General

  • Aviplus reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.
